Interstate Customers - Outside of Victoria**
If you are in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS or WA, you can view the product details and then  please use our 'Add to Shipping Quote' button to submit your request.

**If you're outside Victoria, please use the Add to Shipping Quote option not Add to Cart. Orders placed via cart will not be dispatched until freight costs are confirmed and paid separately.

We'll then add the shipping based on our  freight policy, and provide a link back to you by email so that you can conveniently checkout online.

Freight Policy
Freight cost will be charged at the cheapest available rate. 
You will be contacted prior to shipment on a case-by-case basis
There is a $25 service fee on orders under $100

This freight policy is effective from 1 February 2026 and will be subject to ongoing review.
