Blanched Premium Almond Meal (10kg Box, Almond Co) (BLML10)

Our blanched almond meal is made from ground premium Australian almonds. Also known as almond flour, this product is fantastic for baking. 

Used instead of flour, it's wonderful for macarons, friands, cakes, biscuits and is a healthy, gluten free alternative to wheat products.  

Add blanched almond meal to your dessert as a crumble topping, add some to bread crumbs when you coat meat or fish.
